As the Art Director of ABS’s hit show Shark, Josh seemingly had it all. However when Josh’s side, tech startup failed he was left in financial ruin. On seven medications for his rapidly declining mental health, Josh hit bottom on August 30th, 2016. On this day, Josh came inches away from taking his own life.

This event sparked a question in Josh. “Can I break myself free of this crippling depression and anxiety”? Months and many successful experiments later, josh answered that question and reprogrammed his own brain. Miraculously shedding the depression, anxiety, and the pills.

In the film Crossing The Six, we’ll follow Josh as he travels the world meeting the neuroscientists and doctors that inspired his massive change. Discovering the hidden truth, we all have the power to alter our mental health and lives, we just don’t know how our brains work fully.
